PRIVATE TRAINING
Kate offers in person and virtual private training for individuals and small groups

After an initial consultation, Kate will create a personalized program based off of your fitness goals and preferences.
In Person Training:

Kate will travel to your home, gym or outdoor space (weather permitting) for a 60 minute training session.

In Person sessions are available within the Hoboken and Manhattan area.
Virtual Training:
-
Kate will train you via Zoom for a 60 minute session from her virtual studio.

Kate can work with home equipment you already have or make suggestions for equipment based on your personalized program

Semi Privates:

Kate offers semi privates for small groups of 2-5. These can be done both In Person and virtually.

This is a great option for friends or couples

Private Group Class:
-
For any group of 5 people or more,
Client will provide and/or rent the space. Kate can help coordinate or
consult on a rental space if needed -
Great for events, birthday, or bachelorette parties!
FITNESS INTENSIVES
Kate will travel to you and your group for an fitness intensive!
Intensives usually include:
-
3-5 Day Program or your desired length!

Up to 90 Minute Sessions per day

Customized program, playlists, and equipment
-
Kate will drive or travel daily within one hour distance, otherwise travel and lodging must be provided
Intensives are a great way jumpstart your routine or reconnect with friends through the power of sweat!
